BuyExits is an online marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of digital businesses. We provide a platform for listing, discovering, and facilitating the sale of online businesses including websites, apps, SaaS products, and other digital assets.

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
  • One person or entity may maintain only one account

Account Responsibilities

  • You are fully responsible for all activities under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information

4. Listing Businesses

Seller Obligations

  • Provide accurate and truthful information about your business
  • Submit complete financial records and supporting documentation
  • Respond promptly to buyer inquiries and due diligence requests
  • Maintain business operations during the sales process

Prohibited Listings

You may not list businesses that:

  • Engage in illegal activities or violate applicable laws
  • Contain adult content or promote harmful activities
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Are pyramid schemes, MLMs, or similar structures
  • Have been misrepresented in any material way

5. Buyer Responsibilities

  • Conduct proper due diligence before making any purchase
  • Respect confidentiality of business information shared
  • Submit serious inquiries only for businesses you can afford
  • Comply with all terms of any purchase agreement

6. Fees and Payments

Success Fees

  • BuyExits charges a success fee upon completion of a transaction
  • Fee structure is disclosed before listing and agreed to by sellers
  • No refunds on success fees once a transaction is completed

Payment Processing

  • All payments are processed through approved third-party providers
  • Users are responsible for any payment processing fees
  • BuyExits is not responsible for payment disputes between parties

7. Intellectual Property

The BuyExits platform, including its design, features, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of their business information and listings but grant BuyExits a license to display and promote them on the platform.

8. Disclaimers

Platform Role

  • BuyExits acts as an intermediary platform only
  • We do not own, operate, or guarantee any listed businesses
  • All transactions are between buyers and sellers directly
  • We are not responsible for the accuracy of listing information

Investment Disclaimer

Purchasing a business involves significant risk. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Users should conduct thorough due diligence and consider seeking professional advice before making any purchase.

9. Limitation of Liability

BuyExits' liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for:

  • Any direct, indirect, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Actions or omissions of buyers or sellers
  • Technical issues or platform downtime
  • Third-party content or services

10. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold BuyExits harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of the platform or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities. Users may terminate their accounts at any time by contacting support.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
